I get an error creating an extract from SIMS

- Check that the computer has Internet access, and that the proxy settings in the 4Matrix Network Manager program are set to match those in Internet Explorer > Tools >Internet Options > Connections
- Check that this computer can access SIMS and that you are logged on to SIMS with admin rights
