Please also check the Application Guide, the Installation Notes and the Technical Notes from the Download page, and our Knowledge Base first, because there is a good chance that your issue has already been documented. Most support calls that we get are to do with a need to change network settings. Most are proxy server settings, followed by file permissions, i.e. there is no fault with 4Matrix - it is just being prevented from working. A network manager can often solve these issues with the help of the Knowledge Base.
